My work aims to provide you with heartfelt care, serving as a supportive expert to help you process birth planning, get your mind and body ready for birth, and be there with you continuously throughout the entire process.
I am committed to ensuring that you feel deeply supported at every step of your journey. My approach is guided by compassion, genuine relationship, and the latest research on best practices in childbirth.

I am a certified birth doula through DONA International, the world's first, largest, and leading non-profit doula certifying organization. DONA provides evidence-based training and certification for doulas to improve birth experiences.
I also hold a membership with DASC (Doulas Association of Southern California), and have specialized training and certification in optimal fetal positioning through Gilligan’s Guide.
