Prenatal meetings provide comprehensive information and education to help you create a birth plan that suits your needs.

We will discuss the process of labor and delivery, common medical interventions, best practices for laboring, and more.

We will discuss all aspects of your birth, including any worries, fears, or hesitations you may have.

During labor, I aim to maintain a calm and uninterrupted environment to help you labor safely, peacefully, and effectively.

Additionally, I will provide verbal encouragement and support suggestions for your partner.

Together, we will advocate for your ideal birth plan with your medical providers.

We will also meet a couple of weeks after your delivery to debrief, connect, and ensure that you feel supported in your new role as a parent.

During your birth, I will guide you through the best positions to adopt as you progress through labor.

I will also provide other comfort and coping techniques, such as counter-pressure, massage, heat, and a variety of tools to assist you during your birth.
